I can be reached by phone at 908.605.4210. When I'm out of the office, I usually have my phone forwarded to my cell, but if you can't reach me by phone, please leave a voice mail. I return all calls promptly.

You may want to follow up the email with a phone call. With all the spam floating around it's not unusual for a legitimate email to get lost in a spam filter.
